“Praise the Lord God, the God of Israel, who alone does such wonderful things. Praise His glorious name forever! Let the whole earth be filled with His glory. Amen and amen!” Psalm 72:18, 19
This morning I’m writing in the peace filled ambiance of song birds heard in all directions. The light of dawn has yet to reveal this new day, but soon it will appear and begin to cause the silhouette of trees atop the hill to the east. Indeed, it is the beauty of another day only the Lord could form.
On some appointed future day, the Lord will appear in all His glory culminating the end of this present age, and the new heavens and new earth will begin, filled with the Lord’s glory. We will be honored to abide in the majestic beauty of his perfection, uninterrupted within whatever surroundings he has prepared, but most glorious, we will worship him in all his splendor and glory forever.
I praise Your name on this morning Lord! You and your handiwork are marvelous beyond words. You have made all things for your glory. May the whole earth be filled with your glory. Amen.
