A spiritual gift is given to each of us so we can help each other. (1 Corinthians 12:7)
God’s grace blows across the human landscape and touches all who are willing to step into its force; his is the very wind of life. His grace abounds, covering and filling willing recipients, those of humble and open heart. He covers them with love, exceeding descriptive words, mercy beyond measure, and of course forgiveness, the glorious vessel commandeered by Christ to escort passengers from danger and death, to life in abundance.
Those who receive him see light; receive life, and the grace of purpose. This purpose is more valuable than any earthly treasure; the purpose of honoring God and the entered partnership with his Son, Jesus Christ, in the mission of a lifetime.
To all who enter in, a gift is given them; a divine, uniquely tooled, and crafted gift. One, which when combined with others and their gift, create a cooperative, effective, missional unit, disbursing and offering hope, help, encouragement, wholesome expectation, and the expansion of the kingdom of God.
Thank you for the provision you have given in your gifts distributed throughout the body of Christ. Amen.
